Is this you?
For most people it is one or two things. Something they have meant to sort out for years, and quietly stopped mentioning. Composite bonding is usually the fastest way to fix it.
Most people arrive with one or two things in mind. The first appointment is a conversation about exactly those — not a sales pitch.
Your own smile on screen, beside what bonding could do with it. For most people that is the moment it stops being abstract.
Including if bonding is not what you need. Sometimes the real issue is colour, sometimes it is one tooth, sometimes it is nothing yet.
Real cases
The upper front teeth reshaped so the edges sit evenly again, and the smile line runs straight.
Small spaces between the upper front teeth closed, and the proportions balanced across the smile.

Your options
If you are comparing bonding prices across London, the difference is time and shades. A quick job is one shade in a single pass. Ours is several, layered by hand on every tooth. Here is what that costs.
Often all that is needed to fix what actually bothers you.
£375–£450 per tooth, depending on the case
What most patients ask about — the teeth that show when you smile.
Four to six teeth at £375–£450 each
A preview fitted over your own teeth, before anything is permanent.
4 teeth up to £815 · 6 teeth up to £970
Prices are per tooth and depend on the size and complexity of each case. Your exact price is confirmed in writing at your consultation, before any treatment begins. A Trial Smile is optional and priced separately.

This company deserves 6 or more stars in my opinion. Having moved around lots and had many dentists in the past these guys are hands down the best surgery I have been to.

Worried it will look fake?
Cheap bonding uses one shade of composite across the whole tooth. Real teeth are not one shade — they are translucent at the edge, more solid near the gum, and they catch light differently across the surface. Flatten that into a single colour and the eye picks it up instantly, even if it cannot tell you why.
Your visit
A full smile assessment and a proper conversation about what is actually bothering you — plus clinical photographs if you go ahead. Worth £180, free on this offer, held with a £50 refundable deposit.
We talk through shape, proportion and how many teeth genuinely need treating. You leave with a personalised plan and a written price — and, if you want it, a Trial Smile to preview the result.
Composite is layered by hand onto each tooth, shade by shade, then shaped and polished. Most cases are completed in a single visit, and nothing is drilled away first.

“Bonding is not cosmetic guesswork. It is smile architecture — proportion, balance, and the small details that decide whether a result reads as natural or not.”
Composite bonding at K Dental Studios is carried out by experienced aesthetic clinicians who work to a considered design rather than a template. K Dental Studios is one of London’s most reviewed practices, rated 4.9 on Google.

Every case is designed and carried out here, at 116 Great Portland Street.
What you get
A bespoke Trial Smile is fitted over your own teeth so you can see how it sits, how it photographs, and whether it is genuinely what you wanted. Some patients ask us to change the shape. That is exactly what it is for.
Not everyone who asks for bonding needs it. Sometimes the real issue is colour, and whitening costs a fraction. Sometimes one chipped edge is doing all the damage. You will get a straight answer — including “not yet”.
Questions
Bonding at K Dental Studios starts from £375 per tooth, up to £450 depending on the case. Most patients want four to six teeth done, which puts a full upper smile somewhere between £1,500 and £2,700. We would rather you knew that upfront, so there are no surprises later. Your exact price is confirmed in writing at your consultation.
Time and shades. The quick version is one shade of composite applied in a single pass. Ours is several shades layered by hand on every tooth, then shaped to suit your face. That is the whole difference — and it is why the quotes look so far apart.
Not if it is built properly. Bonding looks obvious when one flat shade is used across the whole tooth, because real teeth are not one shade — they are translucent at the edge and more solid near the gum. We layer several shades on every tooth so the result reads as your own teeth, just refined. A Trial Smile lets you check that for yourself first.
A preview of your new smile, fitted over your own teeth before anything permanent happens. You can see how it sits with your mouth, how it photographs, and whether it is what you actually wanted. Wax-up and mock-up options are available: up to £815 for four teeth and up to £970 for six.
No and usually no. Composite bonding is additive — it is built onto the tooth rather than cut into it, so in most cases healthy tooth structure is left completely intact and no anaesthetic is needed.
Most cases are completed in a single visit, typically two to three hours depending on how many teeth are being treated. Larger cases, or cases using a Trial Smile, are sometimes split across two appointments.
Composite bonding typically lasts several years with good care. It can stain or chip over time, particularly with heavy coffee, red wine or smoking, and it can be repaired or polished. We will talk you through upkeep before you commit to anything.
A full smile assessment, a proper discussion about shape and proportion, clinical photographs and impressions if you proceed, and a personalised plan with a real written price. It is a conversation, not a sales pitch — nothing is decided on the day.
The consultation itself is free. The £50 deposit simply holds your appointment and is fully refundable — it is there because these are limited, longer appointment slots. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel.
